- Cylinder cleaning solution is an essential part of flexo and rotogravure printing.
- This includes removing of any ink build-up or debris from the surface of the cylinder to ensure that prints are of high quality.

These cleaning solutions are used to remove ink, dirt, and other contaminants from the print cylinder. They are usually made from a combination of solvents, detergents, and other chemicals.
1. Shake well before use as it is an emulsion.
2. Apply Cell opener emulsion throughout the image cylinder.
3. Wait for 2-3 minutes this will soften the deposits.
4. Rub the whole image cylinder with soft cotton cloth throughout.
5. Finally clean it with solvent, to use the cylinder
